AMAZING room and wonderful friendly service. Our room was espectacular, huge, amazing views and with a private Jacuzzi. It was also spotless. The service of all the staff was attentive and warm and the food at the restaurant and room service were outstanding. We can't wait to go back but for 2 nights instead!

It was cold and rainy in London during my stay but the room was well heated and clean and made for a relaxing stay for me and my wife. The staff were friendly and helpful with booking and planning transportation. I asked for a massage and it was very relaxing, highly recommend!

This is an interesting hotel in an out of town location. Once upon a time this was probably a state of the art hotel with lots of interesting features. Memorabilia indicates that plenty of famous people have stayed here in the past. But today it lacks that quality that is really needed. Lots of parts of the hotel feel dated and shabby and the breakfast and spa just feels like they need a revamp. The staff however were friendly. The room was a very decent size and clean, and it had all of the essentials that you would expect. The biggest draw back is the fact that it is out of town. Buses run close by and the tube is not too far away. You can hire bikes within 5 minutes walk but you are nowhere near the town centre.
I had a lovely stay at Rafayel on the Left Bank. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well equipped, and the riverside views were beautiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. The spa and facilities were a nice touch, though a bit small at peak times. Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish place to stay in London with great value for money.
Hotel Rafayel is exactly where we want it. It has it's own secure underground car park - £20 per day. There are 3 floors of hotel and the rest are private apartments. There's a gym and a modest spa. The restaurant and bar are great adverts for this hotel.
If you want a nice weekend away, this is the place where you can stay. The room was spacious and quiet. I came here for a weekend in London, with easy connection to Victoria, plus a nice spa. I'll definitely be back.
